REGISTRATION FORM/FEE

Fee varies for each league – see registration form.  Mail In:  Registration forms and checks (made payable to Howard-Suamico Baseball) are to be mailed to Howard-Suamico Boys Baseball, 2230 Autumn Ridge Trail, Green Bay, WI  54313. On-Line:  Go to website - hysayouth.com.

UNIFORMS

Jerseys/shirts are provided but must be returned at the end of the season (parents will be responsible for any unreturned uniforms or damages outside of normal wear & tear).  Caps for the Pee Wee through Major Leagues are provided and may be kept by the boys at the end of the season.  Caps for the Pony and Babe Ruth Leagues cost an extra $18.  Players are responsible for purchasing their own white baseball pants and colored leggings for all leagues.

CONCESSION STANDS

Parents will not be required to work concessions; instead we are charging an additional $10/player to cover the cost of hired workers; which is already included in the fees listed on the registration form.

5-12’s LEAGUE PICTURES

Mark your Calendars! Tuesday, June 19, 2012,  Bay Port High School Commons – Rain or Shine!  Professional team & individual pictures will be taken by Harmann Studios.  Times will vary (schedule & information packets will be made available to all coaches as the date gets closer).

PARENT/COACHES MEETING

All coaches will be required to hold a meeting with the parents/guardians and players at the beginning of their first practice.  Coaches will discuss league rules, practice/game schedules, concession stand schedule, and their own coaching philosophies and expectations.  All parents and players should attend this meeting.

YOUTH BASEBALL CLINIC

Sunday, April 22, 2012, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Grades K-6.  Sponsored by Bay Port Varsity Baseball Coach Mike Simoens, his coaching staff, and the high school baseball teams.  Separate registration and check are needed (see attached form).

PIRATE TOURNAMENT TEAMS

Depending on your son’s level of interest and development, the Pirate Youth Baseball Club will be providing opportunities to participate in tournament competition.  More information can be found on the included informational sheet.

PLANNING AHEAD

Pirate Youth Baseball - Fall League.  Fall 2012 for Grades 1-12.  More information will become available later this summer.
